Ron was a dedicated worker and supporter of the North Sydney Bears.
He was a Football Club member since 1970 and was rewarded with life membership for his committment to the Club. Supervised the dressing rooms on game day and informed the team when they were required to take the field with a resounding 'ready Bears'.
A service will be held at the Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium, cnr Delhi and Plassey Rds North Ryde at 9am on Wednesday January 13.
Following the service there will be light refreshments at the 'Amber Bar', North Sydney Leagues Club at 11am.
