Introducing our Junior Representative Head Coaches for the 2025 season:
Taking on the SG Ball Head Coach role is John Michael. Michael has been a great asset this season as one of our Knock-On Effect NSW Cup Assistant Coaches and Team Analysts. He will be ensuring a close connection continues between the SG Ball team and our NSW Cup side so all players have access to a high level of training, facilities and of course a pathway all the way up to the NRL via our partnership with Hills Bulls and the Melbourne Storm.
Joining the club for the 2025 season is Andrew Manousso who will be taking on the Tarsha Gale Cup Head Coach Role. Manousso began coaching female teams in 2020 with the U16 girls’ teams at All Saints Liverpool, where he enjoyed three successful seasons. In 2023, he transitioned to Mounties, where he coached the U16 and U18 teams while also this year assisting with the Harvey Norman Women’s squad under great coaches such as Sa Patiole. “I am excited to join the North Sydney Bears as the Tarsha Gale Coach. Being associated with a foundation club rich in history and culture is an honour. I am eager to work alongside the coaching staff and management to develop the players who come to Norths next year and help them achieve their goals on and off the field” commented Manousso.
Returning for his second year as Head Coach of our Harold Matthews Cup team is Rob McArdle. McArdle took the reins at full speed in 2024 and created a dynamic and dedicated squad in the U17s age group. He is pumped to go again.
Bruce Tuaimau returns to the club as the 2025 Lisa Fiaola Cup Head Coach and is looking forward to building on the successful inaugural year of the team this season.
