On Saturday 13th June, Tui Katoa will lace up the boots for a very special milestone, running out in his 100th NSW Cup appearance as the Bears take on the Rabbitohs in the final of the 2026 Mario Fenech Cup.

A fan favourite and a true Bear through and through, Katoa reaches the century mark in his fourth season in the famous red & black. Since arriving at North Sydney, he has become one of the competition’s most exciting and reliable outside backs — a powerhouse on the wing who combines speed, agility, strength and skill with a genuine love for the game.

Whether he’s finishing off a spectacular try, making a tough carry out of his own end or lifting the energy of those around him, Tui’s passion is unmistakable. He plays with flair, commitment and, perhaps most importantly, the biggest smile in the NSW Cup.

Milestones like this are built on dedication, resilience and a deep connection to the jersey. Tui has embodied everything it means to represent the Bears — showing up for his teammates, the Club and the supporters every time he takes the field.
