Late Start for North Sydney’s First Trial Against the Newtown Jets
It’s that time of year again, time to swap those Aussie flags for red and black.
The North Sydney Bears Intrust Super Premiership team has been training hard over Christmas and into the New Year and are ready for action.
Their first official trial will be against the Newtown Jets at Henson Park this weekend.
NOTE: This trial is not at the normal time of 3:00 pm but will kick off at 4:00 pm.
This will be followed by a trial against the new Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles (feeder team to Manly-Warringah) at Campbelltown Sports Stadium on the 11th of February.
Also at Campbelltown, there will be face painting, balloons, the Rabbitohs Pass the Ball Game and even the Rabbitohs Souths Cares Giant Inflatable Footy Field for the Kids!
On top of this, all ticket holders will receive 15% off Food and Beverages at the Wests Leagues Club Campbelltown (located next door to the Stadium at 10 Old Leumeah Rd, Leumeah NSW 2560) on game day.

Also, that weekend the under 16s and 18s Junior Representative Competitions begin with the Bears at home [TG Milner Field] against the Rabbitohs.
The Bears Intrust Super Premiership Season starts on the 5th of March against the Wentworthville Magpies at Ringrose Park.
