Get ready for a Star Wars invasion at North Sydney Oval for our first home game of the season at Bear Park. Meet Star Wars characters, get your face painted, grab a Bears tattoo and enjoy some great footy. This round is also our Junior League Appreciation Round in which all the junior rugby league players from our eight affiliated clubs are invited to join us at the venue for a heap of fun activities. We will have mini games, Warm up with Greg Florimo on field, relay races including an opportunity to race Barney the Bear, free Zooper Doopers and so much more!

ACTION PACKED DAY!
Alongside an action day of footy that sees our NSDJRL U7s take to the field in their first tackle games of the season, followed by three big games of senior footy, we will also welcome The Fathering Project to the game day. This is a special program that supports the connection between Dad’s and their children. More to come!

FRANK HYDE SHIELD (GAME 1)
One of the highlights on the Bears home game calendar is when the Bluebags descend on Bear Park for the Frank Hyde Shield. The highly coveted Shield is played for annually between the two clubs with the winner announced based on aggregate points. We will also be partnering with our mates at Norths Basketball across this whole weekend and bringing a splash of Basketball to Bear Park on the day. Get ready to do some balling Bears!

COMMUNITY PARTNERS ROUND
A special day of the season is when we invite all of our Community Partners to join us at North Sydney Oval for a game day. This is a great opportunity for Bears members and fans to find out more about the great work these organisations do in the local and wider community. We will have on display Mary’s House Services, Danny Met Sally, Family of League and so many more. PLUS we will be running a fun footy skills session with the Bears legend himself, Greg Florimo. Warm up with Flo will happen alongside our Knock-On Effect NSW Cup team and all are welcome to attend – young and old.

Friday night footy comes to Bear Park as we take on the Magpies for the Final of the Jason Taylor Cup. Pull on your favourite retro jerseys and get ready for great night of footy under lights.

Celebrating our heritage as a NSWRL Foundation Club by taking on fellow founders the Roosters at Bear Park. We start the day with hoards or NSDJRL minis players descending on North Sydney Oval to finish off their 2025 season with mini games.

SATURDAY NIGHT FOOTY
A big day of footy looms as we host the NSDJRL Grand Final games for all ages from U12s and up. Finishing the day and the regular season of the Knock-On Effect NSW Cup with an epic game of Saturday Night Footy! Watch the Bears under lights and under the stars to finish the regular season.
