The Red & Black Foundation was born in 2019, since then, it has meant extra funding for some of our most important programs including our Junior Representatives, Development Squads and Female Player Pathway programs. The Foundation underpins the Bears commitment to Rugby League in our wider community.

The North Sydney Bears Growth Fund is an investment in the future of one of Australia’s most iconic rugby league clubs. Every contribution helps strengthen the Bears on and off the field by supporting junior representative programs, female pathways, player and staff development, community initiatives and the creation of a high-performance facility that will provide elite training and development opportunities for our senior and junior teams.

Built on more than a century of proud history, the Growth Fund ensures the Bears continue to inspire future generations while providing players with the environment, resources and pathways needed to reach their full potential. Together, we can preserve our legacy, grow the game and build a stronger, more sustainable club for years to come.

The Red & Black Foundation, not only gives our loyal Members & Supporters a chance to directly contribute to the club, it also allows local businesses to engage their corporate social responsibility and play a significant role in the success of our community focused projects. The Red & Black Foundation is an initiative that enables our supporters to make tax deductible donations, helping us to unite and inspire our greater community.
