As the 2022 year comes to a close, we would like to wish all our Bears members, sponsors, staff and fans a very merry Christmas and a safe holiday season. The Bears office will be closed from the 22nd December and will reopen on Monday 9th January 2023. We have dispatched over 1000 parcels in the last 4 weeks, a massive job for our small membership and merchandise team! Any outstanding orders or memberships will now be dispatched as soon as we return in January.

We finished off the 2022 season with a combined training session at Balmoral in which our junior reps teams and Knock On Effect NSW Cup players came together as one club community. A real feeling of belonging, of unity and of mutual respect amongst players and staff was felt by all who attended. Our HNWP ended their year with a festive inspired session on Tuesday that not only involved a strong workout but a lot of laughs. Wishing all of our players a relaxing and safe break!

Our teams will also return to training at this time as the competition start dates loom large, see below for more info. Our players and coaching staff have been pushing hard during the pre-season and are now looking forward to a well-earned break with their families and friends.
