This week we announce two powerhouse prop signings for the 2024 season. Leaving the Sydney Roosters, Ben Thomas returns to the club as a red & black contracted player for the new season. BT, who celebrated his 50th game in a Bears jersey during 2023, has been a solid performer in our KOE NSW Cup team, bringing strength, drive and energy when taking to the field. Just don’t hand him a mic on karaoke night!

Joining BT is fellow Prop, Kurt De Luis, who has signed on for his second year in the red & black jersey. KDL is a leader both on and off the field with his booming voice and constant encouragement of his teammates. He trains like an unstoppable machine putting in 110% at every session. As KDL said before signing “I’m a Bear now and I’m loyal”. Welcome back BT and KDL!
