Congratulations to longtime North Sydney Bears member, supporter and great friend of the Club Mr Tim James MP after being sworn in this week at NSW Parliament House as the new Member for Willoughby!

The Bears are lucky to have with Tim an indefatigable representative of our local community. In his maiden speech to Parliament yesterday Tim confirmed his strong support for the Bears’ bid to return to the NRL as the 18th team. The Club will continue to work with Tim in the months ahead as we push forward for a return to the top tier of rugby league.

We look forward to welcoming Tim to our first home game of the year at North Sydney Oval on the 9th April.
