Player Announcements for 2020 – new signings and a re-signing!

This week we have another two new signings for our Canterbury Cup team and a re-signing for our Women’s team.

Jack Morris: Jack comes to the Bears in 2020 from a stint with Cabramatta and the Bulldogs in 2019. The Sunshine Coast local has previously represented the QLD U20’s and in 2019 starred for the NSW Pioneers (Ron Massey Cup representative team). The edge back rower will be looking to have a massive preseason and push for a spot in the 17 come round one.

Josh Daley: Josh played for Western Suburbs in 2019 where he was voted as one of the top 3 players of the Ron Massey Cup competition for 2019. The Wollongong Junior will be looking to develop his skills under the guidance of coach Jason Taylor in 2020 and progress his game to another level. The crafty hooker will be looking forward to a big 2020 and playing regular football for the Bears.

Shenai Lendill: Shenai is back for her third season with the Bears. Shenai is a speedy outside back who played 10 games for the Bears in 2019. Shenai will be looking to cement her position in the side in 2020 with a big preseason ahead.
